Legacy Motor Club × Mountain Yotas

The Tapestryof What Could Be

Race to prove it.
Build to inspire.
Sell it at scale.
Create experiences people cannot buy anywhere else.
Prepared for Cal Wells, Scott Roggenbauer, and Matthew Strecker
What could this be in three to five years?

The off-road brand that nobody else in this market could build: a manufacturer, R&D house and build shop, with racing at the top and our own products in every driveway.

We are building this either way. The question is how big, and how fast.
Mountain Yotas

The platform

A real, revenue-generating shop and R&D hub, with GOAT Shocks and MTN Fab well underway.

+
Legacy Motor Club

The racing and the name

Jimmie Johnson, Cal Wells, a Toyota race team and the experiential ability.

+
Two excited bases

The audience

Legacy's NASCAR Cup Series fans plus 244K highly engaged MTN Yotas followers.

1 + 1 = 10

For both of us. Legacy already has the racing. We already have the platform, the products and the audience. Together we can build something neither of us could build alone, and that nobody else in this market can build at all.

01

Racing proves it

Legacy's racing proves the engineering, creates the heroes and earns a deeper reputation.

02

Halo builds inspire it

$250K to $500K aspirational vehicles at about 20% net. Each one is a marketing engine and a profit center.

03

Everyday owners buy it

Signature builds at $30K and up, plus race-developed GOAT Shocks and MTN Fab parts sold nationwide.

04

Profit fuels the next lap

Volume revenue funds the next race season, the next halo build and new product lines, starting with wheels, then lighting and beyond.

Built
to race

Racing sits at the top of the flywheel. It is where the engineering gets proven, the heroes get made and our products earn their reputation.

The mistakes
are paid for

We never built Mountain Yotas to look attractive to a buyer. Every dollar and every decision went into the foundation: the team, the processes, the engineering and a platform for launching products nobody else is making, all while treating our customers extremely well. That investment is paying off: revenue is still growing more than 60% a year. The next stage, manufacturing at scale, takes more capital than the shop can generate on its own.

In place

The team

An exceptionally talented, deeply committed crew who love what they do, running on documented SOPs. Our culture is perhaps our best asset.

In place

The platform

A revenue-generating build shop and R&D hub with in-house engineering and fabrication.

A head start

The products

GOAT Shocks’ patent-pending double internal bypass design and MTN Fab’s armor and bumper designs give us a huge head start and real IP, versus starting from scratch.

In place

The demand

$3.5M a year of parts we resell today without any e-commerce yet, ready to be replaced by our own products at 50%+ margins.

We are moving into manufacturing now. With Legacy, it happens faster, bigger and with names the whole market already knows.

The product engine

Developed.
Ready to scale.

Two product lines well underway, with IP behind them, and a pipeline the flywheel keeps feeding.

Beyond

And more

Every halo build is an R&D program for the next product.

What Legacy gets

A commercial off-road business

  • A fast-growing Toyota off-road brand tied to its story and Toyota relationships.
  • Revenue and profit beyond the racetrack.
  • A ready-made R&D and build platform for a race and halo flywheel program.
  • Year-round moments for Legacy's hospitality and partners: vehicle reveals, desert events, owner deliveries.
  • An engaged audience of 244K, earned, not bought.
  • A race program that sells something to off-road consumers.
What we get

Fuel for the flywheel

  • The name and reputation that put our builds and products in front of the whole market.
  • Racing at the top of the flywheel, where the aspiration starts.
  • Cal's standing at Toyota, which can open doors no outsider can.
  • Legacy's large, engaged NASCAR audience in front of our builds and products.
  • Relationships, partnerships and reach that would take us years to earn alone.
  • The resources to scale manufacturing faster without starving the shop that funds it.

The Toyota multiplier

Doors open

Our relationships with Toyota marketing and PR are strong, and Cal is a legend in the industry. Together, doors open that neither of us could open alone: bigger partnership opportunities across Toyota and the industry, built around our manufactured products.

The next step

An informal meeting at SEMA, where you can see our $400K halo build in person, then our scheduled visit to Colorado headquarters to meet the team and see the products and the numbers behind this. We are open to whatever structure works best for both sides, from investment and deep collaboration to bringing Terra Adventure and its brands fully into the Legacy family. If we are aligned, we move to mutual diligence and a letter of intent.
